Our Core Commitment: We are a boutique engineering studio, not an advertising network. We will never sell your contact information, share your project roadmaps, or expose your private intellectual property.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with RepCore Studio through our website, contact forms, or direct correspondence, we may collect:

  • Contact Information: Name, professional email address, phone number, and company name provided voluntarily.
  • Project Scoping Details: Architectural requirements, budget expectations, timeline goals, and technical documentation shared during discovery.
  • Technical Metadata: Anonymized browser information, device type, and page interaction data collected solely to ensure smooth website performance and security.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

We treat every client concept, backlog, and product specification as strictly confidential:

  • We routinely execute bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to detailed discovery conversations.
  • Your source code is committed directly to your private GitHub/GitLab repositories. We do not store persistent copies of proprietary code once engagements conclude.
  • We do not train third-party artificial intelligence models on your proprietary business logic or private datasets.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used strictly for legitimate business purposes:

  • To evaluate project feasibility, formulate architectural recommendations, and generate fixed-milestone estimates.
  • To manage active development sprints, share staging builds, and execute milestone approvals.
  • To communicate critical project updates, invoices, and post-launch maintenance alerts.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

In delivering web and mobile software, we utilize enterprise-grade infrastructure providers adhering to global security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR):

  • Hosting & Edge Delivery: Vercel Inc., Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Database & Auth: Supabase, PostgreSQL.
  • Payment Processing: Stripe Inc., Razorpay. We never store raw credit card credentials on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Under our contract terms, 100% of the custom source code, documentation, and digital assets engineered for your project transfer entirely to you upon milestone approval. RepCore Studio retains no residual rights over your bespoke product IP.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request a complete export of your personal contact records or request immediate deletion from our inquiry databases at any time by emailing us directly.
